Alice as Anna

I know there are already a million videos of little girls singing the songs from Frozen, so this is mostly for Grandmas and Grandpas. Elsie and Alice are right in line with the rest of the world and love the movie to pieces. They have identified with the characters and Elsie is Elsa and Alice is Anna. They have "their" songs memorized (mostly) and sing them all the time. Here is Alice singing part of "Do You Want To Build a Snowman". (She didn't want me taking her video, so I had to be sneaky)

Happy Easter

Happy Birthday Elsie

Elsie turned 5 years old this year. Her birthday was a busy day full of school celebrations, friends, music class, and Red Robin. We made cookies together and sang to her that night.

The following Saturday she had her first ever birthday party (we don't start having friend birthday parties in our family until age 5). Five little friends plus one sister made for a very energetic party. She had an ice cream cake that she helped me make and had lots of fun.

Five Months

Clark turned five months old yesterday. His current obsession is all things toes, as seen in the pictures. He is always grabbing his toes now, especially if he is not wearing socks. Every time we lay him on the floor to play he immediately flips over on to his tummy. Since he hasn't figured out how to roll back yet, he gets really, really mad about it. He is still chewing like crazy, but no teeth have come through yet. He chewed on his fingers so much that one of them got infected. We had to put a prescription ointment on it and he had to wear a big puffy mitten on his hand for a while to keep it dry. He is almost 18 lbs and super tall. I have to sort through his clothes and pull out the next size since he is growing out of all his pants and it's getting hard to button his onesies. He has just started to give big, sloppy, wet kisses and loves to pull hair.
