Father's Day Questions

Elsie filled out two sets of questions for Alan for Father's Day. Here are her answers:

Memorial Day

We had a few friends over for dinner on Memorial Day. It was a beautiful day, until about 15 minutes before the guys started grilling. I had already spent over an hour and a half wrapping bite sized pieces of chicken with bacon and skewering them, so there was no way they were not going to be cook on the grill. 

 There is something about having a designated "kid table" that makes me feel like such a grown up...

 We had a good time. The kids love running around our "race track" (the hallway that connects through the living room, dinning room, and front entryway), and we had a nice time chatting with friends.

We went to Oregon

I do have pictures, but most of them are currently on a jump drive in Alan's pocket. For now, here is a link to the girls night at my parent's house, cousin playtime, and the main event: Becky's wedding (Alice spent a little time flirting with the photographer, and I love that one of those pictures made it in to the blog post).

Playing at the airport during a layover. The girls did amazing on the flights. Both there and back, they played nicely the first flight then fell asleep for the second flight. It was more than I could have hoped for.
