4th of July

It was 100+ degree weather; we had to find a way to cool off. We went swimming (wading?) in one of the man made ponds at Alan's work. The water was warm and the sun was hot. It was perfect.

After dinner, we sat outside and enjoyed an ice cream cone while playing with sparklers and snaps and watching Alan set off a pack of fireworks.

I don't know how we got to be so awesome...

But my 17 month old knows how to blow her nose.

Oh man...

Remember how I said I wasn't going to be running any more races? I really don't plan these things out...

Alan and I just signed up for the Warrior Dash 2012.
