Sunday in Kirtland

We finally made it up to visit Kirtland this Sunday. We didn't have enough time to see all of the buildings, but went to the Kirtland Temple and the Newel K. Whitney Store. It was Alan's first time seeing everything, and my third. I hadn't been to the sights since I was 17. It was fun to see how much I could remember about where everything was and how many of the little church history stories came back to me being in those places again.

If you look really close, you can see us standing in front of the doors.
Elsie did alright during the tours. She got a little grumpy because we missed her nap time, but luckily the visitors center played a 20-25 minute long movie where we could sit and she could catch a little snooze.

Inside the Whitney store. This is where they held the school of the prophets.

Outside with Trent and Jenny.
On another note, when we got home Elsie rolled from her tummy to her back for the first time! Here's a little video of her showing off her new skill.

And then this one was just kinda funny... :)
