Quick, Elsie, say "Yuck, Daddy!" and ask him for something like a baby biscuit or cheerios! How about a nice dry piece of whole wheat toast to gum on? Or, if you can convince Mommy, (who things mushy bananas are nasty) ask her for tiny little bits of banana on your tray to practice picking up and tasting! :)

We had Quinn try a tootsie roll the other day, too. It was really funny! He couldn't suck on that thing any harder. It was all I could do to keep him from sucking it all the way into his mouth! Needless to say, he enjoyed it.
